If memory serves me right it is about 80 - 90 shore

I too looked in to turning my own but the same as Kev, by the time I bought all of the materials, there was not enough money to be saved to make the effort & time worthwhile

Bought mine from 3GE & pleased I did

One disadvantage for me is that although I have the right tools, I don't have the machining skills to turn out a batch of components to the same degree of accuracy as CNC turned crush tubes & injection moulded Poly bushes

Boy, do I wish that I still had access to all of the CNC machinery that I used too
