Presumably periods in one's life when time, cash and opportunity are available.

It climbs from teens upto late 20`s as do most peoples ammount of disposable income

Then drops off in the early 30`s due to people probably having kids and hence no spare money

Then the gradual climb upto late 40`s when the kids are more grown up and people can afford and have time to start a build!

Then the decline in builders as you go further up the age scale towards the grim reaper

Im 29 and just had a baby so im on the edge of early 30`s kids and no dosh or time to even scratch me arse! never mind build a car.

Thats why i got mine finished quick sharp when my wife fell pregnant
