Nothing like a good pussy joke.
Gentleman goes to a brothel,chooses a lady and goes upstairs with her. They agree a price and he says we must do this my and she agrees. He opens his case and takes out four springs and a duck call, fits one spring to each elbow and one spring to each knee and bends her over and begins to have sex.
