Corral was using a Mondeo setup with the transverse engine transverse gearbox with transfer setpoff in line with the tunnel.

VW's use the Syncro system which uses transverse engines also.

Audi's push the engine way forwad with the front drive outlets in the belhousing so your engine would be sitting half out of the nose cone.

It is possible with the sierra running gear in a "7" Dax sell the Rush Quadra which is designed to use the Cosworht 4x4 as a donor.


I have driven mostly RWD and 4x4 . For a 7 it's 4x4 is gr8 as you can put all the power down through 4 wheels and wont get as much bogdown as in a larger 4x4 car.
