Hi Dave,

when the car was initially on the RR it ran ok down low but when he give it some it leaned out so he drilled the jets out to 180 (i believe) to get it running ok. He did say it might need slight adjustment to get the emissions right for IVA/MOT.

It took some tweaking to get it near, and lucky for me it stayed in limits for the required time. The only thing thats changed since the RR is me fiddling with the mixture so assuming it as simple as getting it back on another RR with someone who's familiar with bike carbs. (not saying the last place wasn't but I'll try a newly found local fella).

I driven it but don't want to have a long run in case it knackers my engine. Can't afford the zetec replacement yet daughter getting married next year

A huge well done on your IVA pass Daz

You have done a cracking job on your build mate .... I guess this is the first of th Cornish Roadsters to pass IVA .... How cool is that

So pleased the registration went well for you too.

Here's hoping that you will enjoy the fruits of all yor hard work
