Hi Folks, thanks for your comments and observations.
Baz - Good point on the ECU, I don't intend to use it in the wet but it's a good point anyways.

Ronnie - interesting idea with the candle wax, I would not have thought of that in a million years Nice one.

Landy, I have made some spacers, just not fitted them yet. I made them from 15mm plastic pipe sprayed black. The tops of my headrests are much less than 752mm from the seat base without them. There are a few other IVA jobs to do eg putting some trim round the bottom of the headlamp mount tubes as there is a sharp edge there at the moment.

Next big job is the bonnet then going over everything again in the hope of getting a first time pass.
