As TT says Escort ones don't fit the sierra uprights! They have the same taper but are too short and you won't have the correct angle of movement which you only find out when they break!!
RS2000 Tre's ARE different as some escort racks/struts were imperial and later one's were metric. RS2000 Tre's were a metric/imperial hybrid.

It really irritates me when people post what they think they know rather than factual information. Costs people a lot of time money and frustration to discover this...
