David, I think you have done a splendid job on your build working with so little space
  Mine is being built in my workshop/garage Rumoured to be abou 16ft X 21ft but allowing for all of my junk & untidy habits, it feels like working in a 12 X 8 garden shed  Gotta get that roof and extension done this coming year !!?? Then get some decent heating installed .... This cold weather has kept me out of there for ages
