![]() Sounds good keV, I'm no stranger to a challenge just fitted a p38 4.6 v8 to my defender on mega squirt.
I'd love to see a build in the early stages. If you need anything fabing up let me know. I'm thinking of doing my chasis in stainless with a polished hoop or maybe an Ali chassis |

![]() Here is my baby just finished after 3 years graft running a brand new 4.6 v8 out of range rover p38 on mega squirt. Rolling roaded at with 225 bhp and 276 ftlb at wheels. Was tempted to use a v8 in my roadster as I've cut my teeth on them but would have to be a lower spec one as I fear to much power could twist the frame.

![]() If you upgrade the chassis tubes to 2mm wall thickness, the chassis will be more than capable of handling the power of a V8 ![]() I believe the standard chassis has been designed to handle that sort of power anyways ![]()
