What exactly are you looking for?
I have drawn up the frame in CAD (Actually the Champion frame, the Gibbs frame and the McSorley frames all drawn up in CAD. Are you just looking for 3 views or would you like to manipulate them for other purposes. There is a free CAD program called Draftsight which will let you manipulate the drawings in 3D.
Another possibility woould be to create a PDF, but if you could manipulate the CAD file you could get more out of it.
