True story Ash! They come up occasionally on ebay, maybe keep your eyes peeled, or as Ash says, email the gearbox supplier?

what starter is everyone useing i got a fiesta zetec 1.8 one and a sierra 1.8 cvh one but the pinion clutch is dead so it will be cash for a recon if the fiesta one is no good

Im using one from a DOHC sierra? Works great, I have a spare one, but no solenoid on it?

what type is it my cvh one may fit

So much easier to fit a bike motor than faff about with bits from different cars....oh that would annoy me as like to keep things nice and simple...
