Sam
pull pulley off the pump
get the centre of the pulley bored out to take a boss
get a pair of cheap sealed bearings get them pressed in the boss
make up a plate to sit where the pump was
get a spindle turned to fit the inner dimension of your bearings threaded on the end
get the spindle welded to the plate or if the plate is thick enough drill and tap plate and have thread on both ends of the spindle and screw spindle into plate and secure with locnut/threadlock
now you can shim pulley in and out to allign
and secure with a spacer and nut on other end of pulley
cheers les g
