The General Construction section of the IVA manual says that "All electrical cables/wires must be free from chaffing and secured at intervals of at least every 300mm unless contained in a secure hollow component."

Under the Service Brake "All brake mechanical components must be secure", specifying no particular means of securing, or spacings, only that "A brake control, actuating linkage or associated component mounting/bracket must be of adequate strength so as not to be likely to fail prematurely"

So your brakes and fuel lines have no specific requirement for securing, only the electical cables. I went with around 200mm between fixings for most of my car, on all hoses and lines.
