I don't think that you will find the ruber ring is available as a service part.

Had a sneaky feeling that the rubber ring is riveted in place, I have just been out to check mine & it is definately, factory riveted.
The long & short of it is, you'll probaly have to buy a whole new assembly from Ford

Rally Design do a suitable steering rack coupling though
