Been Playing with the tig this evening
Just doing the finishing touches on the engine swap now and one of those little jobs that has been hanging around for a while is to make a new battery box for my new little race battery.
got a new pedal for the tig the other day so thought it would be rude not to test it out, so i decided to make the battery box out of 1.5mm ali. here are the results. dont think they are too bad considering that i havent welded ali for over 6 months. gave it a good brush with some emry paper to get a nice brushed effect. all i need to do now is make the retaining strap.
