A CBR 600 revs to around 12,000rpm and takes 2 revolutions to fire all cylinders, so its shifting around 3594 litres of air per minute. Your 1.8 litre engine only goes to 6500 rpm, so it shifts around 5850 litres a minute. Therefore your 1.8 litre engine moves 60% more air per minute than a CBR 600.
