Thanks wynad, I have read your thread & you have done a great job . For my plugs I used some plywood that i filled with styrofoam & pu foam (divinicell is good to have but it works just fine without it) all very cheep & easy to work with, the hardest part was to get it all together in my head ,the angles, radius,hight.... once i had that figured out it was no problem at all so i made 1:1 skale drawings of all the sections wich i would like to scan & maybe share with others who want to have a go at it ,simply print cut & transfer to the plywood & you´re half way there
