Ronnie,
From my experience. I really wanted to sell everything as one lot, it would have been so much easier, but people want certain bits and don't want to spend a large chunk of money, so I ended up splitting, I probably made a little more but it was way more hassle, for me. That said if your selling for a really bargain price, you might get lucky. Good luck what every way you decide to go. Cheers Ginge
