JakeH, if you do not have a female mold for the rear panel, ally is much easier, faster and cheaper option....or alternatively and cheaper since you gonna paint it, just use 0.9mm steel plate

I earn my daily living with GRP products and I can assure you a first class one off panel will cost you well in excess of the above methods and will take a few days to produce, more if you work part time.
