![]() Do you get what you should on the relay associated with the headlights. I.e Volts to pull the coil in. Volts in/out of the contacts?

![]() i take it you mean high beam goes out?
![]() first things first take both bulbs out and set up high beam to be on what voltage you got from ground (earth) and feed (positive) if you got zero im thinking relay not working or not wired up right if you have some voltage put the bulbs back in the circuit and check for voltage drop as there could be resistence some where |

![]() I would guess at the relay or possibly the switch. The sides will be on all the time, you must be getting a feed to the switch for the low beams to come on. As it's both mains then it's unlikely to be bulbs or holders at fault. Try swapping some relays around, it's not likely to be an earth problem.
