Thanks for the pics.
I will not find exactly the same parts, but something approaching, especially for the in-line filter. Problem is : I can't see what it the other connexion on your picture. One end is a male -12, but what is the other side ? Where do you fit the filter on your line ? Here is a example of what I can find for you :

Mesh filtering element for oil are 238 or 595 micron.
This ally part + stainless steel mesh filter are anyway never cheap. Around the £100 I would guess.
For the scavenge filter, I'll check tomorrow.
