Sorry David - i posted elsewhere about seeing your car before seeing this post.......

Good video and looking really good to, see the old steering wheel has fallen off though - very careless. Car is going well to, recognize some them roads to there sure is some lovely drives out to be had round there and down into North Yorkshire. We'll have to find time to have a Haynes blast out.

Well Done David, you should be chuffed.....Andrew

Thanks for the replies peeps.

Yes it's fantastic fun! Can't get enough of it.

I wear a helmet on motorways or long journeys, mainly because the wind gets strong above about 55-60mph.

Spud. I've been planning on bring it up for a while, but haven't got round to it yet, been too busy! Yea, a drive out somewhere is definitley a good plan.

Best bit so far: Getting it running
Worst bit so far: Cutting steel for wishbones and engine mounts.
Most annoying bit so far: Generator packing up half way through welding.

What a great post. Just watching this makes you realise how important it is not to set the car up to stiff. Rattleing around those lanes the front suspension is really using up the travel .

Cracking video, what camera are you using. Maybe an idea to put something in front of the mic to deflect the wind noise around it.
