radiator position. help!

Hi andy,
How high have you the rad sitting at? and how far out?
When i sit it so that the bottom outlet is inside the frame, its about 7 inches high?
also, what have you done about the third outlet on the rad as it only has 2 but as far as i no i need 3? i was thinkin of making an outlet using an old fan thermostat thats in the rad?
