I've had some advice off Locost Builders and it seems the clutch and clutch cover are off a Pinto RS2000 MK 2 Escort. But being Ford, fit a huge variety of other engines (Some Capri's Etc)

Edit: Looking at the Consul, that also had a 2.0L Pinto engine fitted in its later life.

That makes sense as they all used the same four speed box in their day.
