Is this just a case of the company not responding to customer queries and delivery requests. Or are they just out and out rip off merchants, most of the moans are about late deliveries not about not getting the product at all.

there is no support for GTS on this forum Darren George has ripped way too many people off there are hundreds of people that have paid for stuff and received nothing.
