Right I've had a look at it and there's nothing obvious on the missing power settings issue, it may be a faulty selector switch, I just don't know. There is a spare gas cup with it and a pack of spare 0.8mm tips.
the torch is about 2.2 metres long and the earth cable is about 2.3m. There's a part reel (5KG) of 0.6mm mild steel wire with it but no gas bottle or regulator.
