Not sure about your manifold getting hot, never really checked mine as I didn't let it run for very long like that or put my hand near it..

I was advised to leave the jets as is until post iva to help get through the emmissions & just not rev it too hard as it'll be running lean. I'm planning on trying some 175 & 185 jets after iva though
