There is loads of choice Baz, depending on budget - all the ones i've seen so far work well but do gain quality with price. The only thing i would add for IVA, if the speedometer is digital you are not supposed to be able to change it from mph to kph readout. They will ask if you are able to change it, you either say its fixed at mph and cannot be changed (they wont go through the manual) or temporarily remove or cover the 2 buttons used to configure the display. For the fuel sender the units tend to be calibrated for bikes and you get 2 settings 0-100 or 0-500 ohms, if i remember right the sierra is 0-230 ohms. Some will let you set the range manually for the sender.
