A little tip if you are planning on boring out the bush tubes on a lathe, DO NOT use the power feed to get a nice machined finish. Set the machine slightly too slow and wind the saddle in by hand to produce a rough finish, this way the bush will grip the tube better. It will make the bushes easier to push in to the tubes but also means they wont work lose and wear the polybush out. We use the right size core drill in the Colchester but then we do them in batches of 200 plus.
