![]() Quick update...Despite the sub zero conditions myself and Kitch spent Saturday working on the chassis and have managed to get very close to cutting up all the steel complete with angles and bends. One more day cutting and then we'll weld the lot up into two chassis.

![]() Don't forget to allow for the distortion caused by welding the bend / notch on the front frame uprights.
I found through trial and error they pulled in by about 1.5deg when i welded mine. I welded some samples in different orders e.g inside first then sides, or sides first then end, to try and prevent it but in the end just opened them up a bit before welding. Regards Andy
