Intercooler is sorted. Found that the Escort 2wd Cosworth has a nice size intercooler that will fit between the top of the chassis and nosecone.

By removing an intercooler infront of the radiator this should help quite a bit. Next step i think is to find a Westfield SEiGHT V8 Radiator..... Or an alternative that is no more than 580mm x 350mm

Ok guys can i ask for some help....... I need to find a radiator that can take a bit of HP but be below the intercooler level. The front frame is stock size so if any of you guys know of a radiator that has tanks in the side rather than the top please let me know! heh

As Baz said the 190E has a good small double core rad, plus if i remember right the power steering fluid is cooled in a small oil cooler built into the rad im sure that could be used to cool engine oil with an inline thermostat.

Indeed the 190e rads are quite good but would like to run a full aluminium radiator and i dont think any are made for that model. Also from memory its quite a high rad and will need a slightly shorter one.

Sounds interesting! VERY thick rad with lots of cores so should do the job!

"This listing is for the basic radiator shown and any alterations you will need carrying out. These may include the fitting of a filler neck, different placement of hoses, different sized hoses or different design of side bands.

The overall dimensions are 320mm high x 470mm wide (520mm including side bands) x 75mm thick. This radiator has a 4 row core fitted.

If the sizes of this radiator aren't near your requirements please get in touch with me on the number below."

looks like an ideal solution. shame its not 3 core but still lots like alot of surface area. depends if this is any better than the 3 core polo rads or 3 core civic ones.
