my throttle cable had a nipple thingy me bob at the pedal end, so I removed the inner cable from its outer sheath, made a small "U" shaped bracket , so that I could drill a hole in it for the cable to be threaded thru ( but small enough so the nipple wouldn,t pass thru it ) & a larger hole on the sides so that i could use a pin & split pin to attach it to the pedal,

once threaded thru the pedal box bulkhead, replaced the outer sheath as normal , worked a treat
