the way i understand it is the iva man uses a gauge what looks like a ball cut in half of a set radius/size and only where it touches bits and bobs on the car are the parts that need a radius on if that makes sence.
but to be safe you need to read the latest version of the iva manual

In true locost fashion use one of these as a gauge. Anywhere you can touch with that ball on the exterior has to have the rad. Simples. Bob

Heh that's a good way to check Bob
I'll have to get something like that to check everywhere and hopefully my front upper wishbone & shock mounts won't be touchable because of the bones being in the way. If not I guess my best bet is to just take a dremel/file to the brackets to try and get the 2.5mm radius?
