Harness mount positions

Without checking I would imagine the problem with looping the harness round the crossbrace is that in my old race car I looped the harness round the strut brace on my rollcage and although this was fine for racing I did find there was a problem with latteral slip of the shoulder straps but in racing the harness is tightened up a lot more than in a road car so in the road car the harness could slip in the an accident
