Excellent news, that possibly explains why I chopped it out in the first place, worked out I didn't need it. How wrong could I have been? As it is I am only using the standard clocks unilateral get my new clocks and gauges fitted in the dashboard i am making. Hopefully wiring them up should be relatively straight forward once I know what wires do what in he back of than standard clocks.

Many thanks for all the help, dunno what I would do without this forum and its members sometimes

Cheers

Russ
