When I had my grill made I sent him a template of my nose cone, but I would advise if anybody else gets one done to send in a template of your nose cone as my nose was a second from saturn and was slightly bigger than normal.
He made mine on the thursday and I had it saturday morning, he makes them in work in his spare time I think.
as i said before tell him Dean with the "Help for Heores" grill put you in touch and I'm sure he will do the same deal.

Ok guys since nobody has taken the helm...I will do it....I have emailed Martin and he is up for it at £35 a grill posted.....which I think is bloody good value
I think the best way to go is if I collect monies via paypal (as a gift) and will then send total to Martin along with individual addresses for him to send out
So I shall start a list here and if you can ppal £35.00GBP but please remember to add a postal address in the message bit or use same addy to let me know the postal address to have it sent to.
can we all take some measurements to compare so that we get a good average then if mine is the same as everybody else's I will send him the profile
