thanks again for replies wish I had seen them before night at college. never mind
welded as book and just took bit out to clear cable, will see how I get on with cylinder fittings later.
I see why you did yours that way ronnie pity I didnt ask this question before tacking them up last week, oh well just another mistake along the way.
