If you're running carbs, you have float chambers to assist with any pressure deviations from the fuel supply. If you're running injectors, you'll have a swirl pot anyway.

I've not barbed / beaded my fuel tank outlet as its not pressurised and I've not had any problems in a year of running. Anything after the pump is beaded, as its pressurised after that.
