I guess yes. The steering wheel from my 2.0i SOHC 1992 fits on the Sierra column I bought before getting my donor, and which is from an earlier model of the Sierra.
And if you check an application list for steering wheel hub adaptor, there is only one model for all the Sierra's, which means that all the fittings are the same. Example here: http://www.motorspot.com/mozzi.pdf Hope this will help.
