I think the general concensus on this is the car will break traction long before hp or torque will have any effect on the chassis, if you are going beserk on the hp front you can go 2mm wall and add strengthening plates.I did read on a thread that 250hp was the limit on a stock chassis but that is just a pointer not a calculated max.
