Thanks for the reply.
The motorbike engine won't be an issue for me as I'm planning a more conventional build. If I go the Locost route it'll be Escort Mk2 based. I still have all the parts I stripped from my Sister-in-laws 1.3 escort 11 years ago(stored correctly). However if I go the Roadster route it will be Sierra (if I can find one) or BMW. I don't plan to start building until April as I have quite a few projects on the go at the moment and need to finish at least one of them to create the space needed ( if you have a look at www.rustyminis.com you'll know what I mean). Also I'll probably need to sell at least one of my projects to finance the build (mortgage, two kids and an expensive wife means everything has to be self financing these days).
You'll know when I start building, I'll probably be asking questions every day.
