Zetec engine identification

Well after a bit of googling, the ECU is for a 2.0 according to http://www.atpelectronics.co.uk/

So I have:
1.8 Block
2.0 ECU
Head unsure. Does anyone know if there is a way of telling between the 1.8 and 2.0?

I don't like the idea of running a 1.8 on a 2.0 map (can't be good) so I could either swap the ECU to a 1.8. (auto data seems to show all pins are the same) or get the 2.0 ECU remapped.

Nothing is ever easy...
