My guess would be a boxer engine from a impreza which I started 2 years ago then left alone or a rotary from an rx7/8 which has also been done. So other than electric or pulse jet what's left rubber band or pedal?
Edit....ah a thought has past my way are you going to fit a Volvo 3ltr straight 6 with a BMW box?

An impreza engine would be amazing. Even the UK models have over 200bhp as standard well turbos anyway.
I've had a few imports and just love that engine. What happen to yours? Did you have trouble fitting? Or was it other reasons?
