![]() Thank you for the replies. Sorry I did come back to you earlier, but it was "mid-summer" celebrations in Sweden yesterday and... well, I woke up quiet late today if you know what I mean
![]() Paul, if the pump is supposed to run when IGN is turned on, it is definitely not working on my car. I remember on the donor it was running that way, you are right, so there is definitely something wrong. Question : can I test the pump by connecting it directly to the car battery to check if it is running, or is there a risk to burn it? TT, no I haven't change anything on the original loom. It is exactly as it was on the Sierra. Model was 2.0i CLX DOHC from 1993. Yesterday, I tested the voltage on the last connector where I can still identify the wires going to the pump before they get lost in the main loom. And when I turned the IGN on, no voltage. So I have to track the cable and see why the current doesn't arrive there. Any ideas? Thanks.
