OK, in order to fit the direct induction kit, the previous owner has removed the original air filer/air box, and he blanked this long hose with a bolt and a jubilee clip.

Is the part I'm missing is this one?

If it is, I have one on the 2.0I SOHC lying in my garage:

Is it the same part? According to the application list I've read on Internet, it looks to be. If I could use it without having to buy another one, it would be perfect

Now, how do I connect the valve to the ribbed rubber hose you are mentioning? I can make a steel adapter: a nipple welded to a closure plate that I bolt to the original fitting points of the ISCV? And I connect the nipple to the ribbed rubber hose? Would that be correct?
