![]() Has anyone experienced insufficient braking power with the (admittedly, insubstantial looking) ventilated 240 mm disks? 260s will be a bit more weight.

![]() I appreciate that the 240s will more than likely be fine and lighter - It had always been my plan to use them, until I was offered the fiesta set up for free.
I just wondered if it would be beneficial going for the 260s (if they fit) over the 240s I'll be buying new discs and pads anyway, so it doesn't matter if I need a different disc to make the 260s work. The zetec s calipers are 10+ years newer than the sierra ones - I was thinking perhaps there have been design improvements in that time too |
