I had to cut my bolts to 233 mm. This way there is one turn of the thread above the nylon. This way the wheel fits, but the clearance is minimal

cheers for that alga, i've been being a bit more generous with the thread - leaving 3-4 full turns but suppose i could cut it down a bit more.
