I've built a pair of wooden ones according to this classic plan: http://www.owdman.co.uk/howto/howto2.htm It was a fun woodworking project, they held the rolling chassis fine when I was fitting side panels, and they are generally useful in the garage now. https://picasaweb.google.com/1008810...0528 79010562
