I just used whatever fuses I had lying around I wouldn't get too hung up on what type they are as long as they have a sensible current rating.

The relays aren't particularly special, just standard 30 or 40A automotive ones. Lots of relay manufacturers make them in that form factor.
I think I already had one or two and got the rest off ebay.
