Could it be that more people have their own blogs / build diary / facebook pages these days? I update my build diary quite regularly but rarely contribute here any more, mainly because my car is too detatched from the roadster concept to have any meaning for the people visiting here. I still read other people's posts as some of the work people are doing is nothing short of inspirational. As far as my build goes the finances have been tight so work has been much slower than my previous build, I have also had to make the decision to strip the engine due to low compression on a couple of pots and high oil usage. The cost of rebuilding a 12 is horrendous - gaskets alone are nigh on £200!!! Will have to go to lots of auto jumbles and see what I can find. Anybody got a spare set of Jag 5.3 V12 rings they don't need?
